KL - Raub

We're on the move again. Yoke Meng is kind enough to host Xiao Jin and me at her house at Raub, Pahang.

Initially we plans to hike Gunung Bunga Buah, planning to spend some 8 hours before we are on our way again to Bentong town, then finally Raub town. Only then we found ourself "face to face" with a police car when we arrived at the hill foot! At first they thought we are just one of the many cars that get lost, but as we try to adjust, reversing our car... "Tak Boleh Masuk!!!" I guess this is the first time and last time we will hear the police yelling at us through speaker :p

We decided not to take the risk, plenty of activity await us ahead, anyway. As YM's Nissan 80's glide gracefully on the KL - Genting highway, we took a short visit at this Chinese temple. Probally not many people will notice it, but i've been here some 3 years ago - - surpervising the foundation works for a bridge, just beside the temple.



Then we took the so called "old-road", off the highway. YM was cursing me along the way actually, why take the hard road? Are you trying to kill my car? At the end this hotspring comes to my rescue. Warm their legs and cool their temper, hehe...




Soon after we arrived at Bentong town, the ever famous Ais Kacang Ais Cream awaits us... yummy! XJ and I even have a coffee ice-cream cone before we leave the restaurant :)
