Actions Always Speak Louder
I went early to take some "Before" and later "After" photos...
7.30 a.m., typical Saturday morning, the city sleeps...
...not the morning on 6th August 2005!
Plants want some peace...
..."WE WANT PEACE!!!"
And every participant have the story of their own...
"I'm tired, daddy..." "We're almost there, just a short march..." Only Peace HIMSELF have a long long way to go!
"I told my husband i went for breakfast with some old friends after the morning walk..."
Muthiah and son walk pass a Hibiscus, Malaysia's national flower. A man hold the peace poster...heading DOWN?
Police stop their bikes on Yellow Line. We steps on the tar road...
Teacher: So this is street demonstration!
Don't know why this guys smile like that, maybe he got the shot that he want, maybe he is happy because there is a sign of "freedom" in Malaysia after all...
...but for sure i got my angle!
And he takes off his protecting mask and stare in disbelieve...:p
I'll need to do my job, Peace March or not! Water can't cool you guys down anyway...
Razif, all the way from Serdang, with his "one of the kind-cost effective-environmental friendly" banners.
Young and Hopeful!
If everyone in the world donates A PENNY A DAY, World Poverty may be gone.
If everyone in the world do little bit of something, World Peace may become reality.
Children suffers becuase of argument and decision of few aldults/parents.
Worlds suffers because of argument and decision of few ministers/leaders.

1 Comments:
I miss this walk - incidentally I read at other link and gathered the paper Peace Crane originated with an incident relating to a Hiroshima atomic victim a girl name Sadako who died in vain making 1000 of them in 1955 at the age of 12. We must say No to the Nuke for such violent purpose.
Note Sept 21 is international Peace Day
