Going down hill is equally painful, again you will used different sets of muscles, for the next 4 hours or so. But a misty weather like this one below, certainly refresh us on our way down!



Xiao Jin and Fion are kind enough to wait me at Pacat camp (or rather, taking their own sweet time to rest, haha!). They are actually just an hour away from the summit before turning back, so now i know how lucky i am to tail some other group!

Trekking down Nuang will be the most painful experience for XJ, i guess. Her knee hurts so bad that she cursing all the way down! These cool waters will cheers her up a bit, huh?



Me? Basically i don't feels my legs anymore. I will step on muds, dungs, ponds - -whatever, just keep walking. Nevertheless, we were able to spot some interesting wildlife like hornsbill flying on top, and this tropical millipede below, CRAWLING, haha!



By 7pm - - after 11 hours of heaven and hell, we are back to civilisation.

I still can hear XJ cursing in the car "F**king Evil Mountain! I will not hike for a long long time from now!!!"

Guess what, she wants Gunung Bunga Buah some one week later. Girls, hehe...
